What guests loved:
Good Location, the lift to the Lobby level 5 need fix:). I brought FIJI water from supermarket and has been charged on the checkout bill. The staff was very nice and i get refund after 3 weeks.
Areas for improvement:
I lost my bag on the checkout day on the Lobby Level 5. when we back to NY Checked with Lost property still can't find it.

Location was incredible. Right between yellow and red subway stations.

Staff were courteous , room was spacious and relaxing right in the middle of Times square. Location was as central as it can get

Well, it’s in the middle of the city, so it’s not the hotel but the location itself is pretty loud
