What guests loved:
Very central location. The concierge Omar was so helpful and really pleasant to talk to. Excellent customer focus from all staff.
Areas for improvement:
The shop very pricey but you didn’t have to use it.

The best housekeeping and reception staff we encountered during our 23-day trip in the USA! We stayed at 7–8 different hotels, but none had staff as attentive as this!

Times Square is, of course, a great location in terms of metro access and walking distance to attractions, but it’s extremely crowded, and getting to the hotel through the crowd was a bit challenging ...
